Shared Services HR supports the following business units:

IT&S Service Centers - HCA’s IT&S is establishing IT Service Centers across the country. These new service centers will provide all IT support for the facilities within their respective division. All facility-based IT personnel will report to the division IT offices, and division offices will report to corporate IT&S. And together, we’ll work as one expansive yet streamlined, standardized IT team.

Outpatient Services Group (OSG) - The OSG was formed in 2005 to coordinate and solidify the initiatives that our divisions and markets were pursuing relative to the business development of free-standing outpatient imaging services.  These serviceshave since become a division of OSG, known as Imaging, Ambulatory (ASD), Physician Services (HCAPS), Southeastern Cancer Research Institute (SCRI),  and Oncology Services Division (IOSD).

The OSG Group consists of:

Imaging Services
Oncology Services                                       
Physician Services

Shared Services Group - HCA Shared Services was started in 2000 in order to improve operational efficiency.

The Shared Service Centers include:
Credentialing (CPC)
Health Information Management (HSC)
Medicare Service Center (MSC)
Patient Account Services (PAS)
Payroll Service Center (PSC)
 
The Supply Chain (SC) operates warehouses, Accounts Payable and Purchasing.
